With hundreds of local realtors available we, as usual, reached out to friends for recommendations. Out of the ones we talked to we ended up deciding to meet with Chris, and boy are we glad we did. He took us to see dozens of houses all over the Denton area and worked around our busy schedule to accommodate us, and never once did he push us to buy a house or try to rush us out the door. If we did have questions he was quick to answer and he didn't make something up when he didn't know, he just found out and texted us later. He made sure to tell us things to look for and gave a few tips here and there about ways certain houses could be remodeled, and when we finally did decide on a home almost 4 months after we started looking he was ecstatic for us. It was an overall fantastic experience and we are SO glad we went with Chris. If you're still looking for a realtor, you don't need to anymore, Chris is your guy!
Chris Was excellent at allowing us to look at the house ourselves and make decisions on our own rather than trying to sell us on things. When we needed help he was always an extremely helpful asset.

Chris was a joy to work with! He was super quick to show us property, and we always felt he had as much interest in our stake in the game as his. He hired a professional photographer to take photos and helped to make sure the home was staged properly. We had an offer within 48 hours of listing it and had three above list price by that weekend.
